Liz Van Norman

Liz has a background in printmaking (BFA, PNCA; MFA, University of New Mexico), explores painting, copper, clay, and woodworking, blending craftsmanship with innovative techniques.

Laurie Thorpe

Laurie creates hand-built pottery using slab, coil, and carving techniques. Her work is inspired by wilderness experiences and natural surroundings. She makes pots for the home and table that enhance daily rituals.

Nance Leonhardt 

Nance is an artist, educator and therapist.  She's worked in media ranging fromdrawing, printmaking, metal smithing to photography & filmmaking; and spent over 25 years teaching many of these disciplines to high school students. Her  mixed media work explores themes of nature, nurture, and narrative.

Janice Mallman

Janice Mallman has lived and worked as an artist on Vashon Island for 50 years. Her work has encompassed many mediums. For Spring Tour 2026 Janice’s work will include framed mosaics and coasters, collage cards and her NEW, original fabric pieces designed from her collages, acrylic paintings and photography. The designs are dyed on fabric with water based inks and then sewn. She will have a diverse collection of colorful zippered pouches, stylish totes, chef’s aprons, accent pillows and flowy scarves.

Barbara Waterbury (Vashon Island Hats)

Inspired outerwear designed and hand knit by me using ethically sourced fibers some of which I’ve dyed with island botanicals.
