Workshops in the Studio

Join Liz in her spacious, light-filled studio for select monthly workshops designed to spark creativity and connection. Each session offers a chance to slow down, explore color and expression, and enjoy the process of making art in an inspiring environment.

Liz hosts every workshop personally, and from time to time, others will join to share their passion. These gatherings are a space to play, learn, and reconnect with your creative self.

November Offerings

  • Art + Sound: Watercolor Meditations

    11/14, 6-8pm, $45

    Join us Friday night for a soothing sound bath and watercolor play. Enjoy tea, painting by candlelight and Erin Collins' enchanting singing bowls. The studio is starting to get chilly so come dressed warmly. We will have tea and provide materials. If you have your favorite materials, bring those too. Best for ages 15-adult.

  • TALO Workshop

    11/15, 10am, $45

    Join Kathrine Raymond, the creator and founder of TALO Skin Care for a morning tallow making. Participants will learn about tallow and all the wonderful benefits, and make a sample to bring home. Everyone gets a jar of Matriarch to bring home as well.

  • Paint + Sip

    11/21, 6-8pm, $45

    Spend Friday evening in the studio with Liz Maxfield and your friends. You will have an opportunity to watch a demonstration, have a drink and dive into trying your hand at painting from a still life arrangement. All materials provided. Assistance help when needed. For ages 21+.

My gorgeous large space is currently uninsulated. So...the studio stays cool in the fall and winter, please dress warmly and comfortably.

Compostable toilet

A clean, compostable toilet is available on-site.
