Seen and Unseen is a collection of figurative paintings and drawings exploring gesture, identity, and the space between what we show and what we hold quietly within ourselves. These figures are less about capturing a particular person and more about the feeling of being human: thoughtful, uncertain, guarded, open, and still becoming.
Twist
Twist is a quiet figure built from broad, layered shapes of coral, muted green, and blue.
The figure feels both exposed and protected, with arms folded closely across the body. I was drawn to that tension, the instinct to hold ourselves together while still allowing some softness through.
