Heartbeat Horizons

As a new mom with limited time to create, I turned to painting landscapes in a way to explore my love of color and express what I couldn’t put into words. The process became a meditative act—moving color across the canvas, back and forth, as I searched for calm amidst the chaos of my racing thoughts.

These abstract landscapes grew from a need for space and connection, and the rhythm of the work became my heartbeat. It gave me the freedom to dive in and out, just as I needed.

My initial landscape series featured abstract lines flowing in and out of a horizon, created during that time of deep transition into motherhood.

These pieces were visual meditations for me, representing the steady heartbeat I was searching for in the midst of change.
